Five Sense Organs of TCM, Acupuncture & Moxibustion and Tuina*,
Basic Integration of TCM and Western Medicine, Clinical Science of

C.  Doctoral Program
· Specialty: Theories of TCM, TCM Clinical Basics, Prescriptions of TCM, TCM History,

IX. Application, Entry and Date of Entrance Examinations
A. Application Deadline:
i. Exemption for H.K. Students: Feb. 20 to Mar. 5
ii. “Lian Zhao” for H.K., Macao and Taiwan Students (Undergraduate): Apr. 15
iii. “Xue Ce” for Taiwan Students: Jun. 10
iv. Foreign Applicants: Jul. 31
v. Postgraduate Applicants from Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan: Dec. 15 in the Previous Year
B. Entry Date: Every September for Degree Students
Every March or September for Certificate Study Students
 C. Date of Entrance Examinations:
April to May for Postgraduate Applicants from Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan
June for Undergraduate Applicants from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan or Overseas Chinese
July to August for Foreign Applicants
No examinations for short-term study students.
 D. Exemption from Examinations for undergraduate applicants:
   Applicants who are community college graduates or have been accepted as a bachelor program student or above can be admitted without exam.
E. Documents Needed:
i. Application Form
ii. Copy of Highest Degree/Diploma Obtained,
iii. Copy of Academic Transcript
iv. Copy of Passport
v. Two Signed Photographs

XII. General Procedures for :
  A. Pay application fee, post application materials and copy of remit receipt via mail, Email or fax.
B. The university sends Admission Notice and JW202 Form.
C. Do physical exam at designated hospital. Foreign applicants apply X visa at Chinese embassy.
D.Report to the university immediately after entry into China, verify/re-do physical exam and apply for a residence permit within 30 days.
